  We purchased a brand new 2015 model Coachman VIP in 2016. On its first service it was discovered that both seams on top of caravan had failed and we had major damp problems. The dealer was very helpful but Coachman decided they needed it for 6 weeks to completely strip and rebuild caravan. We have to remove everything including seats etc and store it! They would not accept it was not fit for purpose and replace it or give us our money back. They rely on people not being able to sue them as solicitors are so expensive. I would never buy Coachman again.
