  Absolutely appalling service ! Pre booked a taxi 24hours before and rang them on the day to confirm for a prompt 3pm pick up, as I needed to catch a train straight from work in order to make my ferry at Liverpool. They reassured me because I was catching a train that I would be top priority and have plenty of time to arrive at the station... My train was due to leave at 3:38pm and the taxi service arrived at my location for 3:36pm! I obviously missed my train and all other connections! I therefore had to quickly get home, drive to Liverpool and pay for parking costing me an additional £80 to my journey, along with the added stress of almost missing my ferry! Very disappointed and no apology or recognition given!
